Mad Mike's Squad Organization Idea With My Comments added. This organization is for a Citizen Based Reserve force unit in the Mid Future Period on a Colony Planet Settled From Earth. Mike has written One Novel and Several short stories on or around this planet. Another Novel is in the Works. The RGL is a Follow on to the Current Designs being Worked on By the US Army. Where a 20MM Grenade Launcher and 5.56MM Rifle are Paired Up in One weapon. All individuals have Advanced commo Units similar in concept to a Palm Pilot or Windows CE and Cell phone Mixed with a Portable SATCOM unit. Leaders have More Powerful Longer range units not dependent on the Relay systems the others feed through. See also My Military Leader Page.
