Preliminary Reservation pending Confirmation or Shift to another venue in next two months which would allow a full refund. From Vicki : Joe, I reserved the space from 4:00 to midnight so that we could get in early to set up. Social hour at 5:30 and buffet dinner at 6:30 and band start playing around 7:30. They require clean up to start no later than 11:30 and generally the band would finish by 10:30 to avoid noise complaints.

Preliminary Target Homecoming Weekend 2010

Statement of Where We are At Today

1. We Have $385.07 in the bank. I had an error of $300.00 less than bank records showed we had. I missed recording one deposit of $200.00 Early Sept 07 and $100.00 may be from an un-cashed refunded check for $50.00 and another un-cashed check or a deposit of the value of $50.00 Which nether I nor the Bank can find records of…

2. I checked with the High School. The North Suburban Football Game Schedule will not be set until the end of the 2009 Fall Football Season. That is in Late November or early December.

3. The Normal date for the Homecoming Game is the First Week-end in October but is subject to change as the choice of weekend depends on the Conference schedule.

4. 1 October 2010 is a Friday, The Following Friday is the Eighth then the Third Friday is the 15^th.

5. So WE have the Likely Weekend Dates of the 1^st and 2^nd October 2010, 8^thand 9^th October 2010 and the 15^th and 16^th October 2010 for Our 40^th Class Reunion With a Possibility of earlier in September and Later in October for the Homecoming Weekend Depending on the Final Conference Schedule.

6. I got stuck here at the House last night and was unable to go down and see Steve Howery at the Gig.

7. I will Call Steve Howery Tonight and get the Face Book Group Set-up For “The Libertyville High School Class of 1970 Libertyville Illinois”.

8. Attached is the Current MS Excel file I am using to keep track of Names Cash Flow etc. Email addresses may not be fully up to date as I use MS Outlook Contacts to try and keep track of those with Limited Success.
